Harvey Taylor’s One Minute Video Tip: 2nd Aug 2013

Today’s video is focused on a book by the UK’s leading hypnotherapist, Paul McKenna. It’s his weight management process called ‘I Can Make You Thin’. I personally lost 20lbs and have kept it off for over a year using this system. I feel fantastic.

As ever, in these short videos, there is always something unexpected. The great thing about making videos in your own kitchen is that you never quite know what will happen next. In addition this one nearly caused a disaster. I had to switch the fridge-freezer off because it was interfering with the audio. Of course I remembered to turn it back on again…. three hours later (phew).
