Code of Ethics

The confidentiality we offer clients is limited by Harvey Taylor to the following extent:

In the event of you, the client, disclosing any criminal activity or action likely to cause, or already causing physical harm to another person we reserve the right to disclose information to the relevant authorities in order to prevent such harm.

In the event that you, the client, or another person you know is threatening to commit suicide or serious self-harm or is threatening violence or enacting violence upon another person we reserve the right to disclose information to the relevant authorities to prevent such behaviours and harm.

Except in immediate and genuine emergencies we will always consult you and encourage you, the client, to make appropriate disclosure yourself rather than disclose information ourselves, always bearing in mind your own health and safety and that of the public in general.

By agreeing to be treated by Harvey Taylor you accept all of the above terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
