I confess this video is a little  mad although amongst the mayhem there are some very simple, useful tips.

Sex is a fundamental element of human existence. Without sex we would not be here. Yet some of us contrive to make it inordinately difficult and uncomfortable.  If I had to sum up the key messages in a few short bullet points, I’d say:
